Tomorrow's marketers will run campaigns through connected cars, smart clothing, intelligent kitchens and even biometric data from the human body. Richard spoke about that shift at the invitation of SAS Institute, the global leader in data analytics.
SAS software turns raw data into strategic insight for large international companies. For this meeting, SAS chose a venue that stands for success: the KNVB Campus in Zeist, home of the Dutch national football team. SAS invited 100 marketing leaders. After opening remarks from Dutch football administrators, the keynote turned to how marketing will change profoundly over the next ten years.
Today's marketers mostly work with websites and social media. For the marketers of tomorrow, every surface becomes a potential point of contact.
Alongside mobile and online channels, marketers will also have VR and AR, holographic displays and eventually the metaverse at their disposal. With the predictive and creative capabilities of AI, the contact between brands and consumers will change profoundly.
