The 2022 IQ DIGITAL Summit brought entrepreneurs to Iași, in Romania, near the border with Moldova. At the request of the London Speaker agency, Richard spoke there alongside Jonas Kjellberg, one of the co-founders of Skype.

UPGRADE100 organised the conference with BCR, a commercial bank in Romania, for the country's entrepreneurs. The keynote covered trends across a range of sectors, digital business models and what entrepreneurs need to do to get their organisations ready for the future.
