At The Future of Work conference, organised by Capgemini together with HR Netwerk Nederland, the keynote looked at the jobs, roles and tasks of the employee of the future.

Capgemini is a French consultancy, technology and outsourcing company headquartered in Paris. For the conference, it invited HR directors and heads of HR from Europe's largest companies.

The keynote was about the future of HR, with examples from Industry 4.0, agriculture, healthcare, retail and logistics. It also covered the skills of the future, ethics, transformation, new forms of education, the organisation of the future and the leader of tomorrow.
