Deloitte – part of the international Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu – is one of the largest providers of services in the field of consultancy, accountancy, tax advice, financial advice, and risk advice and has more than 14 offices and 5,500 employees across the Netherlands.
Deloitte organises many meetings for its employees. This group works within Deloitte on the ethics and risk side of the world of tomorrow. During this keynote I extensively discussed the impact of ethics and crime on various technological developments within sectors. Ethics, security, and crime also have a considerable impact on the organisation of the future. New knowledge and skills are therefore of great importance. We also have to be more agile and continuously experiment. To accomplish this, we need leaders who can accelerate change – internally as well as with Deloitte clients.
