This Atlanta-based organisation represents corporate real estate executives across 50 countries who manage billions in property assets. So when they chose Amsterdam’s prestigious Okura hotel for their European summit, bringing together 500 senior executives, the stakes were high.

My keynote explored how smart buildings and “the new way of working” will reshape corporate real estate. We’re moving beyond traditional offices toward environments where AR, VR, and holographic meetings become standard.
