toekomst van marketing wil verkennen, kiezen ze voor een locatie die symbool staat voor succes: het hoofdkwartier van het Nederlands 400;\">SAS Institute, dat met zijn software ruwe data omzet in strategische inzichten voor grote internationale bedrijven, nodigde 100 marketingkopstukken uit op de befaamde KNVB Campus in Zeist. Na een openingswoord door Nederlandse voetbalbestuurders presenteerde ik mijn visie op hoe de wereld van marketing de komende tien jaar ingrijpend zal veranderen.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De marketeers van vandaag houden zich vooral bezig met websites en sociale media. Die van morgen gaan campagnes opzetten via connected cars, slimme kleding, intelligente keukens en zelfs biometrische gegevens uit het menselijk lichaam. Elk oppervlak wordt een potentieel contactpunt.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maar het gaat niet alleen om nieuwe kanalen. Marketing gaat via allerlei middelen plaatsvinden: van mobiel en online tot VR\/AR, holografische schermen en uiteindelijk het metaversum.
